This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use conabox.ai, and why. Short version: this is a static website; we collect almost nothing.

Support email. If you write to support@conabox.ai, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message — to answer you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding, or performance of a contract if your message concerns a purchase). Support requests are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain reasonable business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which pages are read (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). No analytics cookies are set and no analytics code loads until you accept; if you choose "Necessary only," no analytics run at all. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookie policy page.
Hosting. Cloudflare acts as our hosting and content-delivery provider and processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser metadata to deliver, cache, and protect the website.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with Articles 44–49 GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an applicable adequacy decision of the European Commission.
No accounts, no newsletters, no tracking pixels, no sale of data, no profiling. Purchases do not happen on this site.
When you buy a ConaBox product, checkout happens on Payhip or Gumroad. Those platforms are responsible for the payment data you enter there — see the Payhip privacy policy and the Gumroad privacy policy. We receive only the information necessary to identify your purchase and provide customer support, such as your email address, purchased product, and transaction details supplied by the platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms such as Payhip or Gumroad; their processing of personal data is governed by their own privacy policies.
The external providers involved in operating this website are: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Google Analytics (page-view analytics, only with your consent), and the Payhip and Gumroad storefronts (checkout, when you make a purchase).
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally required to do so.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest; where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to support@conabox.ai. We will respond without undue delay and, in any event, within one month, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
This policy is available in English and Slovenian. In the event of any inconsistency between the language versions, the English version prevails.
