Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use conabox.ai, and why. The controller is Conaprojekt, Luka Godnič s.p., Slovenia — full details on the Legal notice page. Short version: this is a static website; we collect almost nothing.

What we process

Support email. If you write to support@conabox.ai, we process your email address, name if you give it, and the content of your message — to answer you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding, or performance of a contract if your message concerns a purchase). Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the matter and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted.

Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which pages are read (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you choose "Necessary only," no analytics run at all. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookies page.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering and protecting the site.

What we don't do

No accounts, no newsletters, no tracking pixels, no sale of data, no profiling. Purchases do not happen on this site.

Purchases on Payhip and Gumroad

When you buy a ConaBox product, checkout happens on Payhip or Gumroad. Those platforms are responsible for the payment data you enter there — see the Payhip privacy policy and the Gumroad privacy policy. We receive the buyer information needed to provide support for your purchase (such as your email and what you bought).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest; where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to support@conabox.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
